The entire country was behind our soldiers in WWII. After the war they returned to parades and celebration.
This was not the case for soldiers in Vietnam. America protested this war like nothing before.
After reading the articles by King and Kerry, answer the following question.
Why did so many Americans oppose the Vietnam War? Were they justified in your opinion? Have we had military actions that Americans have opposed since Vietnam?
